THURSDAY, June 25
Check-In & Registration in The Grill – 10:00am to 4:00pm
• Practice Round – All day
2 Man Better Ball (Stableford) – Optional $20 per Team; payable in Golf Shop
Prizes paid out in Golf Shop gift certificates
(Must play with another team to be eligible for this competition)
Pay Cart Fee Only – $16 per player – Green Fees Waived
Make Tee Times with Golf Shop 2 weeks in advance
• Horse Race #1 – 3:00pm
Register your Team by 2:00 pm at Registration Table
Entry Fee into Horse Race is Included in Tournament Entry Fee
Flights will be determined by # of Teams entered.
Top 4 Teams in each flight will then play for top 4 places.
• Pizza Party – 5:00pm to 7:00pm
1 Pizza per 2 Man Team

FRIDAY, June 26
• Hot Breakfast
7:00am – 8:30am in The Grill
• Long Putt Qualifier – Practice Putting Green
2 Attempts per Player – 3 Closest Qualifies for Finals on Saturday
• 9:30am Shotgun Start
• Format: 18 Holes of Golf – 2 Man Better Ball (Stableford)
If a player’s Friday score is more than 3 strokes lower than his handicap,
his handicap will be adjusted accordingly for Saturday’s round
• Closest to the Hole Shoot-Out Qualifying – Hole #14
Top 10 Closest-To-Hole Shots Qualify for Shoot-Out at 3:00pm
• Hamburgers & Hot Dogs 10:30am – 1:30pm

• Closest-to-Hole Shoot-Out 3:00pm – Hole #18
Top 10 Closest-To-Hole Shots on Hole #14 Qualify

SATURDAY, JUNE 27
• Continental Breakfast 7:00am
• Short Game Contests
Held at the Practice Chipping Green
• Long Putt Finals 8:45am
• 9:30am Shotgun Start
• Format: 18 Holes of Golf – Both Balls Count (Stableford)
• Ties for 1st Place will be a Played-off starting on #1, both Balls count Stableford
• Hamburgers & Hot Dogs 10:30am – 1:30pm
Provided by Evergood Fine Foods & Sysco Foods
• Horse Race #2 at 3:30pm
The 2 Last Place Teams from each Flight Qualify
• No Host Cocktails at The Grill – 4:00pm
• Dinner and Awards to follow
Held in the Grill

The weekend’s format is 2-man teams with cumulative scores.

Please invite your friends and golf colleagues, especially from “off the hill” to participate.
